At TRUNKI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
